KM-1301 is one of Hoshizaki’s is a stackable crescent ice maker that allows you to install up to three units onto one ice storage bin. Alone, the KM-1301 produces around 1200 lbs of ice per day. With three machines installed, you’re looking at almost 3600 lbs of ice a day! The KM-1301 has a low-profile design that works well in workplaces with low ceilings. Each unit produces hard, slow-melting crescent cubes that allow liquid to cascade over them, reducing splashing that can cause a loss of product. The KM-1301 forms each cube individually, eliminating bridged together cubes other ice machines drop. This design makes scooping and dispensing ice easy as can be! Since crescent cubes are slender, they displace liquid better than large, square cubes, making drinks appear fuller.
