The Hoshizaki KM-1900SWJ water cooled crescent ice machine is capable of delivering up to 1880 lbs of ice a day. The Hoshizaki KM-1900SWJ water cooled ice machine produces their signature crescent ice, which is designed to limit costs in lost product and over pours. The shape of the crescent ice cube allows liquid to cascade over them, as opposed to square cubes which can cause liquid to splash out of the glass on a pour. Since the cubes are smaller than square cubes, they displace liquid more effectively, making for a taller looking drink. Studies show crescent cubes can save up to 15 percent on your drink yield.  The KM-1900MWJ’s evaporator design forms cubes individually, preventing them from sticking together in the bin.
